New Location Coming this Spring!

Dear Friends,
We have exciting news! Demolition at our new location is complete and they will be breaking
ground on our new building at the beginning of September. We are now in meetings with the architect and contractor to
finalize schematics involving installation of electric, plumbing, fixtures, etc.
In our temporary location we have been experiencing constant mechanical problems involving
the A/C and the electrical boxes. Also, the general environment of the Plaza is fast deteriorating due to recent
actions by the developer/landlord, including the decline of the parking lot and building exterior, the recent close of the
marina and bank, and the opening of an ongoing "rummage sale" in one of the units. He continues to tell us that the
building will be demolished "soon" and while we enjoy seeing so many of our beach customers along with our new NE friends,
we feel it is time to temporarily suspend operations and focus on our new location.
Please check back on our site for information on our Grand Opening at the 4th Street Location
as well as other regular special events, including Featured Artist Evenings and Yappy Hours.
